Example of mid mgmt at Oracle
A worthless senior director in corporate security I was moved under tried to do this to me, in order to protect her job (which she was useless at). She didn’t like anyone capable and it showed as the rest of her team were a bunch of simpletons. I left a few months later, before she could pull any other stunts like this. Also explains why info sec at Oracle is so dire.
Most don’t care. Some do but most are incompetent and they know it so they cheat, lie and steal to get what they want.
Time will reveal truth. . No one is above the law. Big tech corps are targets. Employee abuse is unacceptable. If you don’t want to do the time, don’t do the crime.
Oracle will get cleaned up. It would better for the company if they would terminate this one candidate, ASAP and use him for PR ….taking a stand against corporate employee abuse…. Stock price would soar as it would with every VP that is terminated if guilty of the same.
It’s going to be an interesting summer.
