So right around the time we are sent home due to covid, Hans purchases a 5.2 million dollar home. Now 2 years later he has to layoff employees because he cant turn a profit. Hans is the problem. Just like he was a problem for Sony, he's a problem for Verizon. He cares only about himself and will cut quality for savings without hesitation. He pretends to be a social justice warrior and pretends to relate to us but he can't. He is a garbage human being that should have never been given the role to begin with. Why did we spend all last year hiring state side if we were hurting so bad financially? Why are we implementing more expensive, less abundant plans? Because Hans has no clue what his customers want. He has no understanding of what his employees NEED! So many tenured employees with positions well up the chain have left. That's not a good sign.
