Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

The toxicity is unmatched

I didn't realize how bad the work environment was until I was no longer in it. I didn't realize how toxic things were until I read up on the traits of a bad workplace and matched up what was happening at work with the warning traits listed. There was not one colleague to confide in because we were all in it and strived to remain positive while treading furiously to keep from overwhelm. To this day I wonder how a few existing former teammates can carry the tasks of so many who were laid off. Shareholders need to see this site for the real McKinsey OHI.

Well stated, @5fvj+1mk12sYB.

As long as the stock price increases and the execs get their full payout, you will continually suffer and get fed lies
