All the information collected will be examined and the favorable data will be used to promote more of thier money grab effort

He has never indicated what his true vision for Fiserv is. Why?
If there is indeed any vision.

It is so clear he is lining his pockets that it amazes me the shareholders go along with it all. The board is not going to do a dang thing. Bought and paid for.

Sheep being lead to the sla-ghter.

The affects of his actions are now starting to take root and manifest negatively at the surface where our clients reside. The clients are getting tired of slow service. Poor quality at that. Overseas support is a mess. Not up to the task in is' current configuration.
State side is g-n shy, grossly understaffed and mostly not qualified to be doing the jobs they hold. Fact.

So do or do not submit your "survey".
Doesn't mean a thing to Fiserv. They will sculpt out of the data a grand and glorious beast of a company.

The sheep will baa and go right along....

Yeah, no. I am definitely not filling that s—t out. I didn’t do it last year either. Instead of learning from it, the new MO is to ignore the criticism and spin it to their favor like HR shills do. F- -k that.

Didn’t we get an extension last year anyway? 🫠

I say hit 'em hard with brutally honest feedback, especially now that they told us they're going to start tracking our mouse movements.

My stand is I am not going to do it!

I put strongly disagree for everything. Not sure how they'll spin it outside of percentage of completion.

Choosing whether to complete the survey was a struggle, in the end the responses were not favorable. There are to many missteps in leadership pushing flawed products and making customers promises they know full well they can't keep.

I'm refusing to do it. If I felt like they would actually listen to constructive criticism then I would fill it out, but I know they don't. I think a lower response rate says more than any negative comment.

It’s not important. FB used the results to promote FISV as a favorable place to work. The questions are purposely conditioned for those replies.
