Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Is a 15% raise on promotion good?

I feel cheated, only got a 15% raise with a promotion which comes with new responsibilities

When did you get communicated the promotion? I’m also expecting one, but said it’s still being reviewed by HR.

aww you poor dear. only 15% increase AND a promotion? too bad you aren't out here in the real world with the rest of us who got a 1.5-3% increase regardless of merit rating and obvious promotion potential

You probably are getting cheated. If it was that much that means your comp ratio is way below where it should be and they are trying to get you up there.

Depends on your comp ratio and salary grade. Typically it is less than that unless you were lagging behind in salary.

Depends on the business unit. I change positions from client support to a BA and got told it was a lateral move..no pay increase
