Does anybody else feel like there is a plan in action to make people leave without a severance package? Just read through some of the recent posts and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Something like that is precisely what I would expect this management to do.

They could just fire people based on performance, it’s probably easier
There was an article in the Wall Street Journal a month or so ago that mentioned how companies could use various forms of these tactics to encourage attrition. This is nothing new.
