H1B's - Its time to return back

Its time to take a decision for return back or stay. People who worked for outsourcing companies are settled down than who studied here and worked for Oracle for long time.
You are not going to get GreenCard, Citizenship or Plan a settlement here for next 3-5 years. Given the conditions Its going to take time for a normal settlement.
We wasted our years working for useless managers who don't even understand technology.

The options are ...

  • Its time to spend some time for starting your company/business at home.
  • Work from India for 1 or other country for 1+ year and return on EB1 category
  • Move to other country projects inside Oracle as managers
  • Moonlighting
  • Keep licking your managers boots

Its time to wake up and plan a non-slavery option for your younger generation and family.

have you considered migrating to Canada? unlike the US, you will get permanent residence (green card) on landing (within 6 months) and citizenship in 5 years.

Most middle management in VK organization shouldn’t be in management much less selling anything. They guys are a bunch of arrogant id--ts. Book smart maybe, but no real customer facing or sales skills.

I never really understood why so many Indians end up in senior positions. The majority are average at best, so I concluded it’s just the sheer number of them and they promote their own ahead of others. With so many on the planet, it’s hardly surprising tech companies in every country are saturated with them.

Hold off on your virtue signaling. H1B is not a race issue; it is a civic / nationalist issue. It is as corrupted an immigration tool as the $500,000 visas / citizenship.
