Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

What's the biggest raise you've ever gotten here?

I think that I will get a satisfying raise only once I go to a new company, that is, when I leave this place where I am very much squeezed and underpaid.

  1. 5% was the highest so far after 10 years. that was 6 years ago. 2.5% every year since. rankings were from meets to exceed. no difference. still around 2.5%

3,75% but if I consider inflation it was in the end double digit pay cut

Usually it's two percent, received four percent once many years ago. The real raises happen when you take another position or get promoted to the next level. Staying in the same position with out promotions will get you underpaid as time matches on. New people will make more money than you.

  1. 09% in 2000. From 1998 and 2007 I averaged 5.28%. 2008 to present I averaged 1.88%.
