Nowhere have I decided to leave so easily than here at Fiserv. How does this place manage to retain anyone anymore?

Left last week with no job in the offing but couldn’t be more relieved. This whole “new order” will backfire because the CEO has no concept of business in 2023.
Never take the counter offer.
That's their plan. Get you to quit then hire H1B slaves that have to be overworked or get deported.
