Any news on the old Call Center EUS Staff? I know most of the remaining ones were supporting offices, network sites, and some retail stores. Are they okay?

Hope they are okay. The overseas techs are awful. They are just awful. Their attitude is bad. They are rude.
Hopefully, they are ok but I'll be real with you. In the last 1 year all of my interactions with desktop support have been with either overseas or h1b reps. Granted I haven't had many but my coworkers who are less tech savvy and need to call desktop support have said the same thing.
Some IT engineers were told they were being let go this morning. We lost two people. I don't know about desktop.
