!!!!HANS IS THE PROBLEM!!!!Anyone who has been around this company long should clearly be able to see that it is failing due to bad leadership. There is far too much corporate bloat as well. It has led to a breakdown in communications from the folks out in the field that know how to win over the customer, all the way up to senior leadership. Cost cutting under Hans has led to god-awful customer service and a cheapening of our Network reliability and expansion. All you have to do is look at the stock value of the company since he took the CEO position. A steady trend downward same as his time with Ericsson.
