How much do directors get paid in NYC or Berkeley Heights?
Plan to ask for a promotion but want to have stats.

I have the answer!
Directors get paid "It's not in the budget for this year", "maybe we will try to get your promotion through next year", or "we can change your title but your pay will stay the same".

Wrong board. No one is here looking for promotions but when is the next round of layoff and when the company is going to die.
