If Vale got caught up in a sting, where is the news report about this sting? Was there something reported about this? And the people arrested would be named.
I have no doubt he was involved in something nasty, but has anyone any concrete evidence there was a sting operation?
Due process, are you the same guy as in vale we trust? Seems like if a guy were innocent he sure wouldn't quit his Board job at Toro too. But I digress
What about due process? Are people still not innocent until proven guilty? What if not true or guilty? Losing your job over accusations seems wrong. Don't get me wrong, if he did something illegal then prosecute and fire after being convicted.

Given the last sting in woodbury that made the news was from before Thanksgiving. It didn't make the web site until mid December when the charges were formally filed.
Give it two more weeks if Vale really did what seems likely. His name will be posted along with a dozen no names. The guy didn't learn from his 2001 arrest while attending MBB training in Maplewood. And this was remain-co next CEO?
If he did something, it’ll be on the Minnesota Court Records Online database eventually. Unless it was in Wisconsin, in which case it’ll be on their equivalent.
