I was let go on last round of layoffs. It was a gut punch to be honest as I had over 25 years of service. But after interviewing with other companies, I found I was underpaid and treated like trash by the management teams. Thanks for the severance and for the opportunity to be treated like a human being and not a child. Good luck to you all!!

T100 Core / SMRA / Metro Express / Care / HQ
Will there be downsizing or complete role deletion? My guess, they will reduce a large amount of front line Senior Managers in all channels. No reason why a T100 can’t handle SMRA and T100 Core stores. Metro Express, they just layoff everyone this past January then rehired handpicked select employees back called RDMs. I doubt they will term them again 3 months into the role but who knows! Definitely the Wild West here at T-Mobile. Core RSMs i think will be reduced as there is a large amount of store closures pending over the next 18 months. All channels being asked to conduct an update in Workday for talent review!
All of them. With the recent drop of stock price by near 10%, the SLT needs to cut costs and ruin a company to get the price back up. That's the idiocy of "The New T-Mobile".

I was in disbelief when I saw Ulf's email asking everyone to complete their Workday profile updates and for leaders to conduct talent reviews. I get that the show must go on and we must continue to develop employees, but the ask in its current form with this current process and tools is antiquated and tone deaf. This is not how you inspire real conversations with individuals. This company has completely lost touch with its roots. Disappointing af.
The day can't come soon enough that I'm presented with a severance package. I'll still put my best foot forward because my personal brand and reputation matter to me. After all, it's a small world and I need the next job! But holy sh-t I'm ready!
