No MIP this year...

We were announced during an AEM that we would not receive any MIP this year...

At CST we had raise as well as MIP last year. Don’t know where the other posts were with no MIP and no raise last year.

If your year-end performance review is Exceeded/Exceeded you would even have RSU.

@aks+1mLMAyPC If raise is 0% - for the second time in four years - despite whomever is left in this husk of a company picking up the slack of everyone who was let go, I’m finishing my review by serving my notice - presuming I even make it that long

If there is no MIP they will lose what little engagement is left. You can't make a company wide announcement that MIP will still take place, and then add an asterisk later and pay out 0%. No chance.

would be nice if the original poster gave details.

"we were announced"...wtf does that mean? announce when? did you have an AEM today? I swear how do people like this get jobs at MDT?

I didn't realize MIP was a guarantee. I thought Geoff said he had secured board approval that we wouldn't miss MIP "specifically" due to the EPS miss.

I don't think he ever said, "the board approved me to give MIP no matter what happens"

I’m assuming this is a technicality. There is no MIP because we’re below the threshold on at least one of the metrics. But Geoff, top-notch executive leader that he is, has secured a discretionary pool of funding to ensure there is some “other” payout. I’d imagine it’ll be 50-65% of target and they’ll expect us all to be grateful for it

This doesn’t sound right - sounds like trolling. The board approved a mip payout even though earnings is a miss.

It may only be 50-60% of target probably- also they never discuss MIP payout till after earnings which is later this week.

It’s a sure sign of failure of our current and last CEO when our competitors are doing OK in this economy and we are nose diving.

That was confirmed earlier in May for Switzerland

Makes sense. Everyone needs to contribute to Geoff's 28% raise in July and help with the gas fund for his corporate jet so he can go to another useless site visits around the world

Is that confirmed for the entire enterprise?
