Definitely layoffs. Not sure of scope but I know some SMs and sups have already been notified.This isn't just a layoff so that's why there's a whole call for everyone. Some kind of reorg.If you aren't talking to customers check your leader's calendar for a meeting at 8 or 9am followed by multiple 15 minute meetings.

@hrk+1mL0zxDf Its either a major change or a layoff. Why else would that meeting be added with no info given? Even when we have launches or new plans we learn about them before the launch date. Best case its to announce that Hans is out.
