Make me do 4 times the work for 30% less pay than peak.
No ARD hurts, no protection hurts, no set up and go hurts, no phone adds or pull thru hurts, no premium hurts. Is there a sale they even want us to do without all of that in it? They call us bad sales people but are willing to let us walk a customer not on a premium plan. What kind of company is this? I thought it was sales..
ARD, non payable renewals, and a million metrics that sales hit negatively.
