The sycophants will be scrambling around trying to get who's left to do things. Those with a brain will do the bare minimum. SBC in it's acquisition spree has always been a disaster to be under and this is just the total manifestation of it. It's one thing to acquire another telco or wireless carrier. It's another thing to blow up the balance sheet with disastrous acquisitions, take zero accountability, and then expect the employees you constantly degrade to continue to fight in the trenches for you. I suggest the masses left kick back and watch the executives and their minions scramble around. There are quite a few more years to soak this for as much as you can.
