Just got word that OPOO is going to be practically gutted next week. Hans and the new VCG leadership team are directly blaming them for our issues and are going to be making big adjustments. I’m hearing close to 75% of that org is going to be let go. Just be aware

Well...it's a monstrosity with tons of overlap and inefficiency, primarily due to VP politics. Translation: how do I build and maintain a silo thats a lot like other silos so that I can ride the gravy train.
Fake news. Pascoe is gone but OPOO wont be touched. They will shuffle and change approach but not gutted. No one will believe this until it’s proven true but it’s those who are not in OPOO that need to stay on their toes for the next week.
