When do RSUs get administered typically?
In my experience it is usually mid to late summer after focals are completed. Your mileage may vary.

The trolls are amongst us. The RSUs are enticement to stay with O. They are vested 25% each year AFTER they are offered. Do not assume RSUs given means you are safe from the layoff queen. Be aware and knowledgeable, understand your career path. Chose wisely.

Irrelevant. You will be RIFed before anything is distributed anyway.
Doesn’t matter because there will not be any this year.
Confused newbie here. When do RSUs get administered typically? I got some when I signed on and at my first focal. Are those the only opportunities? For example end of year appraisals are happening now, so high performers get offered RSUs during the end of year Evals as well? Any insight helpful so I can know what to expect.
If any you actually worked there you'd know they are a few months out and peer / manager reviews are occurring now.
