Its pointless to even try and hit a number. These bonuses are embarrassing. They lower them every year.

No, the bonus this week was for Q1 and P4. We were told the Quarter bonus was based off the new F&D structure. Double the stores but 1/2 the bonus money= Mondelez thank you to all who are busting their bu-t to try to hit objectives.
This bonus this week was earned before the changes took place. They just robbed us. I’m shocked at how small it is. No point even trying.
