Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

John Gibbons expects his reports to work 7 days per week (just like him)

This is something we’re supposed to admire. Insanity! These people are so out of touch with reality, it’s disgusting.

There is a reason why Horv@th left. And he gets replaced by one of Frank's minions lol. I'm going to laugh real hard when Frankie decides that the Gibbon is no longer needed and he's left asking why he moved half way around the world to be riffed lol.

So here's how to take a day off at Fiserv. Get one phone for work amd one for personal use. Don't give Fiserv your personal number. Then turn off your Fiserv cellphone that you pay for amd turn off your laptop. Enjoy your day or days off.

Sure, he coaches little league, but couldn’t care less if his team has a losing record, only cares that those kids spend all innings sitting on that bench!

Nice of them to invite Carol Baskins as a guest speaker at least.

I’m the OP … This was said by K3ith Fu|ton during his Townhall this morning.

He basically told us they won’t tolerate bullsh-t excuses but then used a sick dog and a broken down car as those types of excuses. I don’t have pets but I know you can’t just leave a sick one at home alone. My car is reliable but I’d rather spend my day getting my car fixed than leaving it on the side of the road to get to the office. The backpedalling soon after the barrage of threats was astounding. As soon as he was done I turned off my volume so I could get my brownie points with Sapience without wasting anymore of my time.

It is ok. Frank has been coaching little league for 30 years. So you better have little league during your lunch hour, because you are required to be in the office for eight hours a day.

Crystal Clear.

I think that “ we care about your family life” comment was a clear back-pedal, after spending the past 5 minutes saying things like, “we’re tired of the excuses”, “we don’t want to hear about your dog or your kid”, these excuses are wearing thin”, “stop trying to game the system”, and so on. So spare me that you care about my family life! I equate that with “thoughts and prayers”. If ya really cared about my family life you wouldn’t be doing what your doing! Bunch of Jack-wagons!!

And then KF stating that 'we care about your family life'. Sounds like what we hear from the JB administration saying 'everything is great'! Bunch of double-talking weeenies.

What call was this? My BU reports up to JG but we had no call.

I walked out of that call. Nothing but blatant threats! “some people have already been let go”. And this guy “works 7 days a week”…with the last line on the slide that reads, “Get ready!” The whole mood was, get your a$$ in line or your done. What a d**k…!
