To me the plan concept is spot on. Simple plan choice and add what you want. Ever try to compare the 6-7 different TMobile options where all your lines need to be on the same plan? Cheaper yes.. but not customer friendly. The big miss.. and it could be corrected in the future.. is the plans should have included "perk slots". I.e. same price as Play More with 2 perk slots of your choice and then you can add more for $10. Get More includes 3 perk slots, and Welcome/Start is a la carte 0 included perks. That would be more expensive which I imagine is why they didn't do it to start. Penny wise and pound foolish as they say.

These plans are so horribly structured in the system and are even more complicated to sell ridiculous gold diggers
Why the he-l am I selling Walmart in telecommunications? Wth?
Why add all the “ perks” in new plans and avoiding just adding to existing plans?
Horrible plans = Horrible Metrics !

Word of advice : don’t expect metrics to be hit with the new plans .
Hahaha not realistic for what we got stuck selling now sad vz very sad

A customer wanted to add a line to her account yesterday she had 5 lines on start plan and wanted I phone 14 plus deal at $10 dollars per month, so first tried too add line on start plan because her other lines were on start, system wouldn't let me,so I did quote on Welcome (not Welcome) didn't get promo on phone? She would have gotten promo on old start plan, so I did quote with unlimited plus and she got promo so line amount went to $42 instead of $30
She saw quote and asked Why that line is$42 dollars told her first day of new plans and can't get new line on start, she was right on asking why and didn't add line because of existing customer plans ,I have to agree with her .. So no add a line I can see customer porting out ! The stores have become very slow (except weekends) this is just another example of miscalculation of existing customers for non growth! It's only a matter of time for the corporate stores!

Right idea to simplify, but should not have raised pricing/dropped add-ons until C band was deployed. I suspect well see a sizable increase in churn both to other carriers and to our value brands.

All just nails in the coffin. Bankruptcy is just a year away.

Brilliant plan. I expect it to attract new consumers in droves. Thank you Sam.

D-mb idea. If Vzw thinks this will save the sunken ship they are wrong . It will only cause it to sink faster .

They are all bad.

Everyone sees through it.

Fire Hans and anyone who ok'ed this or said this was a good idea.

Comments have not been friendly. Basically, paying more and getting less with customization. We are basically mirroring ATT. There is nothing original about VZ.

The plans need to be more complicated and confusing so that customers buy more than what they need! Here’s what was proposed by D before being fired. Unlimited that’s very limited, unlimited that is kinda limited but not, unlimited basic plus, unlimited entry with some useless perks, unlimited premiere basic, unlimited premiere plus, unlimited premium, unlimited premium plus, unlimited excelsior with Disney.

The network America used to rely on but now laughs at

I take it that you don't have social media? These plans are getting ripped so hard by the public and media outlets I'm surprised that they haven't pulled the plug. They are bo--y personified.

a step in the right direction - lower network price for customers - once c band arrives in December 2023 Verizon will be much more competitive in the market place
