Is there any strategy anywhere?

Yes the strategy is the same as always. RIF as many of you as possible while making life as hard as possible for the remaining so many of you will quit on your own. Keep all the feel good propaganda going so the DEI and ESG folks continue to support EL and BOD. Survive until the economy rebounds, sell or spin off the rest of insurance, make bank, merge remainder of SunTruist with a competitor, make bank again and slink away. Sound about right?
