Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

Advice for those on Kyndryl RA

  1. If you sign any severance docs, you absolutely CANNOT sue. Only Arbitration
  2. Average age of those laid of is 53 (An absolute fact)!!
  3. If you want to potentially sue for age discrimination, I highly recommend Wright & Greenhill in Austin, who have taken on IBM and "won". Cases have been settled. (I am not associated with them in any way, but I know several of the plaintiffs personally). At the very least, call them to see if you should proceed or not.
