To Not Sir Chasm, we're glad you left, people with your mentality just add to the problems. We (Capital One) want hard workers that have a passion for what they do, not si--y cry babies that like to blame everyone else for their downfalls. Everyone here that constantly complains about their job, just do us all a favor and QUIT, go be someone else's problem! Most of us feel fortunate to be able to provide for our families, we don't feel entitled like the younger generation that was raised thinking everything is owed to them. Good riddance!

It was always a bad place to work at.

If you share any new ideas or design, you fall into the cross hairs of someone who will do everything he can to get rid of you so that he can claim your work.

I recently saw an article on LinkedIn from an architect. The work was mostly done by another architect who left about an year ago. She did the work, he stole it.

I am glad I left. This is a place for brown nosers .

Also, so glad that I don't have a C1 bank or cc account. Don't trust them.
Your transaction information is NOT safe.
Unfortunately they suck in cc transaction data from other cc companies, and some groups do see that data.

There you go. We are all ducked.

Absolutely. You have to do the bare minimum without causing for yourself and get lots of feedback in Workday. There ain't no guarantee you won't be stacked ranked and be terminated though. That's why you quiet quit.
