In my LinkedIn feed saw a person who just got hired as Senior Manager TPM, he is an internal hire, and what surprised me was he is more of a delivery person with lots of agile certification, I felt sad that many ADLs could have transitioned to this role. There were so many ADLs with technical background and happened to be in Agile Job family and got laid off and this person was in the project management and survived. It only shows how evil Capital One is, they fired ADLs and now bringing back internally employees in TPM role with Jira and agile certifications. They realised that they have made mistake, they are unable to hire externally with hybrid mandate so hiring internally.

don't know about this place, bad all around
ABSOLUTELY SOME ADLS COULD HAVE DONE TPM ROLES. EVEN NOW ITS A DISASTER WITH THE ADLS GONE. LET CAPONE EXPLODE INTO FLAMES !!!
