News flash, Verizon doesn't own Basking Ridge. They sold most buildings and lease them back. So they are leasing Basking Ridge. They can't give up many of these buildings as they are paying leases and the cost of breaking contracts isn't beneficial to the bottom line.

I'm not sure how RTO would even work at this point - I know of several offices that have closed in my area and the ones that are left would not be able to seat all the employees, even on a rotational schedule.

Sell the Baskin Ridge building already and distribute those people to other buildings. Fire all Directors and above :)

Wfh isn’t going to end for everyone. Certain groups will be called back a few days a week. Someone office that have shared space will not be able to support the building that are closed. Who really cares. If you don’t want to go in don’t go. Let them fire you and collect unemployment for a few months.

If they do full RTO people should stay on and all show up and have VZ figure out where to put them.

When, not if, RTO is five days a week the company expects a certain percentage of employees to leave the business as those individuals made life decisions based on WFH full time not anticipating that things will eventually get back to normal or the way it was pre-Covid.

If you meant work forward then it is all about to full RTO coming very very soon....no more WFH.

VGS is manager heavy. We may see some impact especially since the larger facilities are vacant and the store channel is shrinking. The oversight is already outsourced. Its not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

Yes - They are finally going to be honest and re-name it "Woke Forward" to reflect the true purpose.
