Associate director salary

How much does associate director makes at Humana. I am making 120k base but glassdoor is showing a different number. Does your salary match with number shown on a glassdoor or are you underpaid?

Ask your leader to share this information with you. And if the leader says they can’t share, contact HR4U. Leaders can. Oe share the salary ranges for positions with associates. But you have to ask.

120 seems a bit low when senior levels are making 110 with no direct reports.

Here’s a little trick to see where you’re at in salary (low, mid, high). Go into workday and start a req for your position, just don’t submit! You should see the compensation levels associated with your role. Just be prepared with what you will discover!

An AD is only 3 steps up from entry level at Humana... You should be happy for $120K

That's odd. An AD making only 120k base? Heck, I've been looking around a little and all the numbers I'm seeing for even a Senior Systems Developer is 130k to 140k base. (outside of Humana)

You can't rely on Glassdoor to compare salary ranges without knowing the location. When I saw the salary range of the mid-level engineers making at the west coast, there is no way our two level higher up engineering managers would be making that much in the mid-west region.

Wow, as an AD, you are a bit out of touch, which makes me doubt you are an AD. But, ok…as you should be well aware, different roles in different departments with different experiences and where you live are on a matrix for base. With AEP and bonuses, your income will be different. If you are underpaid, maybe it’s due to your work performance or other factors, and as an AD, you would know this.
