The current refinery building doesnt have space to accomodate all engineers from QP.
Have they already started construction for the new building across the street of the refinery?

They’ve started earth work, no building yet.
If there aren't enough desks with the huge attrition, I'm sure JW and EM can put their heads together to find a solution! Layoffs and asset sales will continue until everyone can fit.
Not all are going to be around anymore.
