Anyone knows anything about how the actual move to Edmonton will look like? I mean..will there be any force date when everyone is expected to show up there..or any staggered plan based on departments? Giving it was announced as of 2H 2028 but nothing has been cleared since then

Anyone who is moving for this sinking ship had 2 years to prepare for the move. You can move early, move with the main wave, or elect to resign. Don't expect any flexibility on the back end of the move.
NO! Working remotely for any amount of time will greatly decrease collaboration.
The only remote work allowed is the Edmonton employees training their replacements in Houston and India over Zoom.
2027 End is the deadline. Also, all the new positions already are for Edmonton.
2028 some divestment is planned for sure
