Not only are they laying people off so we have to pick up the slack of having less teammates but now they are adding all these new initiatives on top of it. Are they trying to burn us out? Because a lot of my coworkers feel the same but everyone is too afraid for their jobs sake and just yes manning their managers. It’s kind of ridiculous.
