I’m assuming if you’re still here, you either have no options or genuinely enjoy whatever culture we have left, especially if you got in before COVID.
Anyway, what do you think about the new structure changes? What do you think the plan is?

sat one who stayed "just one more year" each year:

And thence I did not come forth. I'm still here.
In 2 years the Cloud Software Group will be no more. Citrix will once again go public and Tibco will be sold to IBM (most likely). The toxic debt is real and its obligations will not be met. The software will out live CSG and move on to happier times.
That email had layoffs written all over it. They said that there will be organizational changes and consolidation. The GTM will be announced later.
besides the top leadership change, what are the other structure changes?
