No seat for booking

Ever since they rolled out this pos seat booking workplace app, I often wonder the brains behind this. The problem was bad earlier with people just booking (and blocking) even if they are not coming. But with RTO, there is no space left to book. What to do? Anybody encounters this? This is in Canada btw

@an that’s not the bad solution that’s the better outcome but I don’t write the bad solution because a bi--h is going to go running, raise their hand in the town hall and suggest it. They already know it but just in case they’re actually just d-mb.

It’s just like the attendance thing some d-mbf would always bring it up in townhalls until we are where we are now. Everybody knows the policy but they try to act d-mb in there to make everyone else miserable.

That or we really have d-mb people.

@ag I prefer grab any seat , which used to be the norm previously . Results in maximum efficiency of seat allocation until somebody tried to be extra smart. And this shows up in everything citi does. People look at something which looks good on paper and start doing it.nobody wants to catch a breath, focus and think .

At this point I’ve figured there is no benefit in trying to get these things fixed because the solution is always worse. They never improve things they just make it worse for everyone, and you know some bootlicker is going to suggest the bad solution in one of those town halls. Idk if they’re that d-mb or if they are just trying to make everyone’s life miserable.

Well, if the situation worsened with the forced RTO, there seems to be an obvious solution. How long until the mental mid-ets around here implement it, is another story...
