The Great:
LJP, aka Sarah Jessica Parker held a global town hall yesterday from Houston with all of her direct reports in the room and others called in. Not much of anything new was shared. She said her final goodbyes to the Serpa Snake. Thanked her for her service and what an honour it was for her 30+ years of service; but no gold Rolex parting gift…
The Bad:
The Serpa Snake kept calling the Technology people “nerds” when talking about AI projects. Seeing LJP and the Wells P&C person sit beside her and grimace when she repeatedly said “nerd” was hilarious.
LJP also talked about the number of Level G employees we have and there are very few advanced level jobs above that pay grade going forward, so one can expect to retire at a Level G. She also mentioned how they are the majority of doers and they do the heavy work.
Kaskida will peak at 66,000 bopd then decline very quickly to 40,000 bopd…stalling this project for infrastructure lead tie backs critical…
Wells is the best place to be in BP. There are numerous opportunities, great engineers and amazing leadership. Not cynical or skeptical. There are road bumps in the leadership but they are being removed very quickly!
