How were bonus budgets this year compared to last year? Seems most people are saying they just had a decrease or even lowest IPF in their Cisco tenure. I also had a decrease but wonder how much of that is performance and how much is budget based.

@es your leader should schedule a meeting with you prior. Worst case the system will send the reward letter to you on Thursday, September 24.
And definitely since payout is this Friday, September 25 for US in Canadait’s already been locked into payroll
I still haven’t heard a peep about my IPF. It’s not like it’s a big secret or anything, payroll is probably locked in already.
My year end bonus was larger than it has been for years; I'm non-exempt so on the low end of the salary range.
