@c3 it's handled by a 3rd party and not in house, so it isn't tracked. You can take the survey on your personal device if you like (it even says that in the instructions).

I thought about not participating. I strongly dislike the fake follow up by the senior leaders. Why do they even still have this or waste resources on it? And then waste our time asking us to gather solutions. They give us poor raises, cut benefits, pile on the work, drive away or layoff the best talent, go cheap on every support function, and then ask us how we like it.

The anonymous survey is the we-pon. If your people scores beat your boss's, all they've got left is "I'm holding my team accountable," and without documentation that won't hold. Rally your peers around the idea that your leader is incompetent. The CEOs just want harmony; at this point they're glorified babysitters steering a Fortune 500 ship.

The higher up the org chart the less honest you can be.

the more you use the write in area is probably the only part of the they look at. Write in how bad upper leadership is as it gets to there ego.

It is not anonymous. My friend worked IT and said they can absolutely track results to individuals. That is thy the survey link only works for you.

You are best to just not respond.

Remember 3 out of the 5 responses are viewed positively. The only way to truly express your dissatisfaction is strongly disagree or disagree. Anything will be a pass.

It won't make any difference, it never does. Over 20 years of org health surveys and all I see is terminal decline (like the share price under Ramon)

Org health is a scam to make us think they value our opinions. The scores have returned worse and worse. Seniors act shocked and ask for committees to be formed to tell them how to fix things. They know all of the issues already.

I was brutally honest. Realistically, I doubt anything will come from it anyway.
I emphasized how frustrating it is that the company’s mantra seems to be investing in AI and automation to reduce headcount and increase each employee’s responsibilities, while simultaneously not providing meaningful increases in pay, and then, on top of all that, demanding more in-office presence. It’s just a terrible way to treat your employees.
Hopefully more people follow suit and are equally honest. If there’s an alarming number of negative survey responses, maybe it will finally force someone to take notice and actually address some of these issues.

I don’t even want to waste my time. The feedback never gets where it needs to go. Your direct manager will be blamed for stuff the executives control. Survey is written to confuse people and misdirect the blame

Absolutely!
5/5 -> as nobody is perfect, nobody is getting this.
4/5 -> good work, but alas not consistent, just a few peaks during the year, I can't give it.
3/5 -> good work, but as this is also the max. I got, you can't have it also.
2/5 -> ok work it was, you might got it, but I feel you that is the absolute max.
1/5 -> this is what you deserve, I don't give a fluff, be appy
NEXT!
