If your peer is SVP in H1b and managing resources/employees, you can report them for violating speciality operations

Don't let the competition get ahead. Hire and share buddies to outpace them
@e1 DM ? or buddy to DM
That’s not true. There’s no policy or regulation from the bank or any government authority saying h1b employees can’t hold higher-level positions.
Oh so the “report” part is not report to “HR” but report to USCIS, correct?
I agree with post, H1B people should work on tech, but I have manager in NJ , work on H1B for his survival he over promises to his leads, even he don’t know about what to work, and he chase team to complete work. If we ask him question he says you need to learn and do work. After work completion he don’t want to take any developer name, takes credit of work.
When one looks at all the TATA notices on the billboards, I can't stop thinking that the same notices on college boards will bring hundreds of local candidates.
@ad I think what he's saying is that, when hiring foreign workers, there is generally a requirement to demonstrate that no suitable domestic candidate is available to fill the role. If a hiring manager proceeds on that basis, HR will often focus on completing the necessary checks and documentation to ensure they have ticked all these boxes if this blows back on them. So when he refers to a "report", I don't think he's talking about reporting the matter to HR. He's referring to something far more sinister.
You are a stupid fellow who is on a H1B visa but didn't not get that SVP role.
There are so many L1, H4 EADs and H1B employees who manage moderate to large teams at Citi.
You must be drunk at this time.
Weird post… why the need to “report”? this is not even something that is being hidden. HR is the first to know and who approved of it.
@OP source? Link? Says who?
