The harm being caused is real and impacts not only employees but their families as well.
Know how study after study shows that psychopaths rise in corporate environments? Exxon is about as corporate as it gets.
Just to much politics and toxicity that surrounds the pds.if you have any integrity your voice and good actions get swallowed up with planned undermining and manipulation.
