Yes lawsuits coming for the bank.
Hang in there.
Things won't happen suddenly. It will take time for the lawsuit to play itself.
Also, if you get laid off with a sizeable severance, use that to take a break, recharge and get a better job.
Capone very likely one of the hundreds of banks insolvent so let fate deal with them.

Don’t be so stressed out, look for another job and then resign, the job should be such that you are happy to jump out of bed, if it is not then find your passion. I can understand C1 is very stressful so keep looking and find your dream job, at least now you know what you do not want or like.
