I had a SR. VP tell me before he retired to move my stocks into the S&P500, this was 10 years ago. He Said to defer income if needed but move stocks into growth indexes and pay taxes upfront. I still thank him.

PEP is a poor investment, it's a Value trap, paying and increasing dividends while the stock continues to decline, classic symptom of a company trying to mask all their weaknesses and problems, which PEP has plenty of and fails to address . There is no total return for the shareholder with PEP because there is no capital appreciation. It's unbelievable that the BOD allows this situation to continue. Something has to change and fast !
