I mean it never says it’s anonymous. It actually clearly states it’s non-anonymous.
@a2 the performances are ridiculous. Everything is sunshine and expertise. Meanwhile execs continually jostle like they are in drama club.

Real Deal Survey is a joke just like every other HR initiative. Do not bother to respond, your frustrations and complaints will never be heard by HR.
I don't bother as these things are never anonymous.
At this point I don’t even care if they know how pi---d off everyone is. I just hate how performative the whole thing is.
