Whoever in united came up with this widely known monthly layoff should be named, fired, and deported back to He-l. I dare you to come up with a more corrosive abd diabolical personnel strategy, you can't to it.

@s7 I don’t know. I think maybe there is a tie for worst corporation between Optum, United, Cigna, Humana, Centene, and Elevance. They are all neck in neck!
Welcome to two of the worst companies in the US to work for....run.....away as fast as you can!! They don't give a s**t about their employees below C-Suite level....you're simply viewed as OpEx and nothing more.

I just hit my 5 year and was given the boot. Five years of strong reviews and a grade level increase. Poof, gone, see ya. Irony the same generation that preached loyalty is the very group running the show and apparently loyalty is a one way street. I hope some exec will name their seventh vacation home after me.
Its been like this at least the past 6 years since i started. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Wish i had stayed at my old company
