If you can get out of Fiserv/Clover, you should do it as quickly as possible. This company has been driven into the ground and is a shadow of what it used to be. The leadership is completely incompetent and they have driven off whatever talent they had. Now they are just hiring whoever is cheapest. It's doomed.

If you were impacted with layoff notices and being replaced by cheap foreign labor, please file a complaint with the EEOC. Title VII prohibits National Origin Discrimination. The chair of the EEOC recently make a public announcement seeking possible discrimination cases to investigate. Examples she provided were being laid off & told to train your foreign replacement.
@a2 yea you take a hit with security and quality of work. Great idea to replace your work force keeping you up. Once we are gone everything will be "better". Terrible plan. Even with AI being used to help make better. Such a scam lol.
All of the functions are pretty much being taken over by cheap Indian labor. Part of GBS is being sent to the offshore teams.
I can't wait to see clients jump ship when they realize nobody stateside is handling their issues.
