@ce Yes, that is why everyone was required to take the active sho-ter training before NSI/PIP process commenced.

You have an enhanced police presence when a significant # of employees is being terminated on your campus on the same date.
PIP's/NSI terminations create a higher risk workplace environment for employees.
It's your first warning sign.

When the back ups get too big, they direct traffic manually to let more flow through longer instead of waiting for the shorter cycle lights to clear it
