@re Indiana did not lose their contract. Many Texas employees were redeployed to Indiana team.

@e4
I’m L1. How does this even work in terms of getting the actual work done? L3 spends all day just making contacts to members and L1 and L2 already have their plates full.
My area hasn’t backfilled any positions for over a year. Our caseloads have increased dramatically and most people are working through lunches or working late unrecorded every day day to manage.
Plus I hear we are now to absorb the work of post-hospital teams and CCM teams.
Plus they are saying that in TX we are expecting 20-30k new members in January with DSNP alignment. Who is going to absorb all that work from losing entire L3 team and L2 workers?

@re Texas StarPlus was hit and their contract is in place for several more years. The RFP cycle for renewal hasn’t even started yet. Not contract related.

@p4 What have you heard about them losing their contract? I heard Indiana lost theirs or it was canceled by the state of Indiana. Curious if this is happening here.

They’re stacking more work on, purposefully, eliminating tenure employees and creating a miserable environment. Something deeper is going on—we have already lost most incentives and C&S seems to have lost their contract possibly? Anyone heard the buzz on this?

They said very little in the meeting they said it was on the national level, organizational restructuring, and just getting rid of people giving us no answers and talking about redistributing and that we’ll get more information but it goes into a fact October 1 they’ve already removed our 401(k) contributions that they provided they downgraded a lot of employees that have been here for a long time so we don’t get structured bonuses anymore they’re taking away our Internet service services. All they do is have meetings to talk about meetings to talk about how we’re being tracked on our phones how to login correctly. We are so micromanaged by the new leadership that you can’t get your job done and it’s just demotivates for the rest of us that have to stay here to work. And there are some great leadership left in the Texas market, but then you have some leaders and managers that should not be because of their attack, their tone and they just don’t know what they’re doing

A few on my team, L2, were let go. An entire L3 team is gone. They’re not telling us anything

They said some people redeployed and other positions fully eliminated. A pretty substantial reorganization
