@d2 NY state should get somethings in writing from IBM. I feel IBM frequently manipulates “deals” they make with ny state. Remember that whole thing with Chuck Schumer - I forgot what it was called but we got a bunch of money to create new jobs in ny but really we took the money and all those jobs appeared in India
It means IBM is about to drop 2.5 billion into POK and wants some tax incentives. NOTE This feeds the mainframe narrative that IBM has been spinning for the last 2 years
