My biggest regret is how long I stayed somewhere that made me feel like I was constantly doing something wrong. My new job pays better and I have actual freedom to do my work without someone picking apart my every expression or move. The constant intimidation is gone, and I didn't realize how much it was affecting me until I got away from it. Sometimes leaving really is the answer.

Management is in these post one can tell by their expressions. Eitherway, kb is horrible. its got to be difficult for C level customers to sit with kb in serious conversation.

This is true, I left a company that I had worked for decades and when I finally broke free it was a breath of fresh air. My new employer recognized my skills and my income rose immediately and it felt good to be valued as a human and not some number.
