That's what it feels like lately. Just pile on more and more work =until we break and walk out.

That literally is the plan. Management is trying to avoid lawsuits by making us leave by choice. The pandemic panic hiring didn’t allow the company to hire talent, it was just hiring people who were breathing (see any “leader” promoted during this time”)
They can’t fire people that could say they are DEI
