I hate RTO. I eat lunch in my car most days because I just can't deal with the constant noise and the incessive small talk anymore. That little bit of quiet is honestly the best part of my day.

Did my three days and the interruptions are constant. I just want to get my work done and go home, but the constant “quick questions”, and random chats are costing me 2+ hours a day.
I’ll make this short. We need more than a lunch break. The exit door -one way - should be everyone’s “escape”. This company and its leaders are insufferable.
Wow I thought it was just me escaping at lunchtimes😂. I am based at Beaumont Park UK and I have to put up with the same people talking rubbish at not just lunchtime but the whole time and day. Please leaders find these people some work to do. They are wasting Pep money doing as little as they can and swan around the site. I get much more work done at home but come in for my mental health so I can talk to colleagues no collaboration by the way!

What I don’t like about RTO is the trouble it creates. These offices can become so drama-filled, and they really don’t need to be. Everyone is scheming for their next L bump.
I did take the VRP and was asked to stick around. I see it with open eyes as I close the Frito door. It has never been less about performance and more about politics than it is today—both in Beverages and Salty.
I used to take a break from doing the bare minimum in Plano and go out to my car and take naps, put the seat back and conk out for a while.
